We are looking for a GENERAL LABORER (seasonal) to join our Winchester, KY plant. As a general laborer with Contech you will contribute to America’s essential infrastructure including drainage systems, pipe, bridges and structures, and stormwater management. You will work in a team environment with an opportunity to advance quickly in your career with Contech.

About the Role Responsibilities:
- Receive instructions and schedules from plant supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly work environment.
- Operate equipment when directed.
- Ensure that all finished product meets quality standard.
- Ready and able to move 40+lbs multiple times per day.
About You We Require:
- Great work ethic and impeccable attendance.
- Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
- Willing and able to climb multiple stairs throughout the shift.
- Ability to work outdoors or in open air environment.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience operating a forklift.
