Container Solutions (CS) is a specialist cloud services provider that solves business problems by designing, building, and implementing technology solutions in a Cloud Native manner. With its extensive experience of delivering large scale transformations for enterprise clients, CS enables organisations to realise all the benefits that operating in the Cloud provides, including flexible deployment of services, resilience of infrastructure, speed to market and automation.
The Senior Consultant Engineer is pivotal in driving technical excellence and innovation within CS. They play a critical role in designing, developing and implementing high quality solutions for our clients, ensuring these meet client needs and goals. Each project will have its own unique combination of tools and technologies but to give you a taste here’s a list of some of the typical technologies we use:
- Cloud Native deployment (Helm/ Kustomize)
- Cloud/Cloud Native platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, OpenShift)
- Container orchestration, networking, and automation (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Scripting (Bash, Powershell, Python)
- Programming languages (Golang, Java, Ruby, Python)
In addition, we're currently seeking folks with strong experience in security and compliance to strengthen our ongoing efforts around continuous compliance project.
This role is client facing, meaning you will use your technical expertise, problem solving skills and utilise advanced engineering principles and techniques to develop and implement solutions in collaboration with or for our clients.
Quality Assurance
You will support and consistently review deliverables produced by the team to ensure high quality. You may be called upon to support the sales function in a technical pre-sales capacity, helping to translate client requirements into a statement of work. You will support the growth of our team through participation in panel interviews.

Consultancy
Excellent communicator, able to deliver presentations or contribute to high quality technical documentation and other content. Demonstrates strong understanding of CS as a business through proactive participation in the production of standardised value propositions, documentation and service offerings.
