- 1.5 days a week (Wednesday half day and Saturday full day) for 10 weeks in Cycle 2

- Work closely with The Agency peer mentor in the planning and delivery of weekly sessions.
- Provide The Agency Project Manager with session plans at least a week in advance.
- Work closely with young people to empower them to develop their ideas within the methodology of The Agency.
