We are looking for a full-time, permanent Security Manager (all genders) in Germany or in the UK to start in March 2026. We live remote-first, but you have the freedom to choose whether you want to work hybrid or completely on-site due to your proximity to one of our locations.
Do you want to protect systems and actively shape the future of our security? If you enjoy tracking down threats, minimizing risks and staying calm when it matters, then you are exactly who we need in our team. In this pivotal role, you are the first line of defense and one of the architects of our security strategy. You manage and deploy existing and new security tools. Ensuring our security landscape to stay one step ahead at all times is your main goal.
You continuously research emerging threats, analyze new attack vectors and translate your insights into effective security measures. When security alerts or incidents arise, you and your team take the lead in triaging, coordinating the response and minimizing impact before it becomes visible. With technical controls, awareness and clear guidance you help reduce risks across the entire business. You also support internal and external audits, ensure structure and transparency in processes and help keep the organization prepared for any compliance review.
By collaborating closely with other departments, you guide projects and initiatives to ensure that security is not just an add-on. We see security as a part of our company’s overall strategy. In short: you keep the company safe, stable and as risk-free as possible.
What Convinces Us

- Industry experience in Cloud Hosting, MSP, Security Operation

- Fluent English skills
