Pay & Benefits

  • Self-Employed: Up to £700/day
  • Employed: £42,000/year + bonus potential

Location

  • Location: Wales & South-West England
  • Accommodation: Arranged & paid + £30 per night meal allowance
  • Working Days: Monday–Friday (weekend work optional)

Travel Support

  • Self-Employed → £0.50/mile fuel allowance
  • Employed → Company van + fuel card

The Role: Renewable Electrician

As a Renewable Electrician, you’ll play a vital role in delivering our green energy projects, working across Solar PV installations, Air Source Heat Pumps, and first and second fix for Internal Wall Insulation. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all installations meet both industry and company standards, while consistently providing 5⭐ customer service. This role also involves handling every aspect of on‑site electrical work with professionalism and attention to detail, helping us maintain our reputation for quality and excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of electrical experience
  • Domestic installation & rewiring background
  • Own tools
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Flexibility to travel (overnight stays only every 5 weeks – arranged & paid)

Essential Qualifications

  • 18th Edition
  • NVQ3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
  • Inspection & Testing

Desirable (Training Provided if Needed)

  • Solar PV Qualification
  • Battery ESS Qualification
