We’re Hiring: ECO Project Coordinators!

Salary: £24,143.76 per year + bonus potential up to £1,000/month
Location: Phoenix Way, Swansea Enterprise Park, SA7 9HZ
Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday

About the Role

Join our ECO department, the driving force behind our submissions to the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme. As an ECO Project Coordinator, you’ll ensure every post-installation submission is accurate and complete, helping us maintain compliance and deliver excellence in every project.

What You’ll Do

  • Review all documentation, photos, and certificates for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and follow up on any missing information with our partners.
  • Prepare and submit complete project data packs for the ECO4 Scheme claims.
  • Collate customer handover packs, ensuring all certificates and relevant documents reach the client.

What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional attention to detail and focus for extended periods.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel; familiarity with Google Sheets and online research.
  • Excellent notetaking and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
