We\’re Hiring: Customer Support Agents!

Salary: £23,809.50 per year
Bonus: Up to £500 monthly performance bonus
Location: Phoenix Way, Swansea Enterprise Park, SA7 9HZ
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the Role

As a Customer Support Agent in our Projects Team, you’ll be the friendly voice our customers rely on throughout their journey — from booking to the installation of their FREE energy-saving measures.

You’ll provide updates, resolve queries, and ensure every interaction delivers a first-class experience. By keeping accurate records and working closely with your team, you’ll help maintain our reputation for excellent service and make a real impact in supporting a greener future.

Responsibilities

  • Answering and making calls to support customers
  • Providing clear, helpful updates throughout the customer journey
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
  • Accurately inputting and updating information in our systems
  • Using Excel and Google Docs to maintain data records
