Our client is on the lookout for a Senior Trade Marketing Manager who can elevate how their multi-category portfolio shows up across indirect channels.
Responsibilities
- Your focus will be steering the trade marketing strategy, using data, insight and competitive understanding to build channel plans that land with impact.
- Set clear metrics, guide campaigns from concept through deployment and keep a sharp eye on how they perform in the market.
- Collaboration sits at the centre of the role, so you’ll be the voice of trade marketing across brand, category and commercial teams, keeping everyone aligned and moving in the same direction.
- Take the lead on POS, partnering with suppliers through the full lifecycle to ensure every fixture, display and creative touchpoint reflects the brand at its strongest.
- You’ll track budgets with confidence, highlight ROI and maintain a consistent presence across key channels to make sure execution stays high quality and true to plan.
- As a leader, be ready to mentor and grow a team that thrives on clarity, creativity and accountability.
- You’ll utilise your vast experience from trade marketing, FMCG or consumer goods roles to pair with your ability to balance strategy with hands-on delivery, spot trends early, manage direct reports and communicate with ease across the business.
- A solid grasp of POS, from digital to physical formats, will set you up nicely.
