Own the Search Story Behind a Fast-Growth Brand. If you live and breathe SEO, you know there's no better feeling than seeing your strategy climb the rankings. The keywords you targeted, the content you shaped, and the technical fixes that made all the difference. That's what this role is about.
We're looking for an SEO Executive to take ownership of organic visibility across our client's Vaping and Seasonal ranges - products that move fast, sell faster, and dominate search when done right. You'll work alongside sharp content creators, e-commerce specialists, and marketing minds who know how to back a good idea when they see one. You'll be the one turning insights into growth - crafting SEO strategies that actually convert, not just look good in a report.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Developing and executing SEO strategies that make our brands impossible to ignore.
- Diving deep into keyword research, competitor analysis, and trend spotting.
- Owning on-page SEO - metadata, schema, site structure, product copy, the works.
- Running technical audits and driving performance across Core Web Vitals, mobile, and speed.
- Collaborating with content and e-commerce teams to ensure our pages both rank and sell.
- Managing outreach and link-building that actually builds authority, not noise.
- Reporting on performance, spotting opportunities, and always staying ahead of the algorithm.
What You'll Bring:
- 3-5 years solid SEO experience - ideally in consumer goods, FMCG, or a regulated category like vaping or alcohol.
- The tools of the trade: GA, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
- Technical know-how (HTML, CSS, CMSs like Shopify, WordPress, or Magento).
- A mix of analytical and creative - you know your data, but you write like a human.
- A natural drive to test, learn, and stay ahead of SEO trends.
Why You'll Love It:
You'll get to own the SEO story across a fast-growing, competitive market - where visibility equals growth and your results are easy to see. Expect freedom, collaboration, and the chance to make a measurable difference every single week.
