Behind every great pub group there is someone keeping the wheels turning. That someone could be you. We are looking for an Operations Administrator to join a growing pub company with big plans and a genuinely down to earth culture. You will be right at the centre of it all, supporting the Operations Team, liaising with suppliers, keeping records sharp and systems running smoothly. It is a varied role with real ownership.

You will be involved in everything from pub openings and closures to supplier account setup and invoice processing. You will help manage everything from till roll stock to credit checks and council tax documentation. You will also play a part in the fun stuff like putting together training packs and organising the licensee of the month awards.

A background in drinks or hospitality will really help you hit the ground running. Whether you have worked behind the scenes or front of house, you will understand how pubs operate and what it takes to keep them trading smoothly. There is plenty of contact with licensees, office visitors and colleagues, so being warm, organised and confident is key.

If you have a background in admin or operations support, ideally with experience in hospitality or the drinks industry, and you are looking for a role where your attention to detail and positive attitude will genuinely make a difference, this is a great place to be. It is busy, it is varied and no two days are the same. But if you like rolling up your sleeves, working with a friendly team and keeping things running behind the scenes, you will feel right at home.

Love pubs and spreadsheets in equal measure? This is your kind of job.
