We’re on the lookout for a National Account Manager to join a seriously well-loved premium food brand that’s been elevating sandwiches, cheese boards and dinner plates for generations. This role comes with full ownership of a major grocery account and a Discounter, giving you the chance to shape strategy, unlock opportunities and put a category-led, insight-driven stamp on some very exciting partnerships.

Become the commercial lead across your accounts, building long-term relationships, delivering joint business plans and turning data into smart, sustainable growth. From leading negotiations, managing budgets, forecasting and range reviews – there’s a bunch of key responsibilities that’ll now be in your very capable hands.

Working closely with NPD, marketing, supply chain and finance, you will drive new own-label wins, secure new business and keep SKU volume, distribution and GM forecasting firmly under control. Agility is key here, as is the confidence to challenge the status quo and course correct when needed, all while supporting the Head of Grocery with wider commercial strategy and key projects.

The ideal candidate should be an inquisitive, dynamic and passionate FMCG pro who already knows their way around top six grocery accounts, ideally within premium brands across branded and or own label portfolios. Strong analytical thinking, structured selling skills, commercial sharpness and a proven track record of building brilliant customer relationships are all attributes that’ll be looked kindly upon for this role.
