Ever feel like you want to work for a business making a difference to people’s lives? Few commercial roles let you measure success in outcomes that genuinely matter. This is one of them. We’re working with one of the fastest-growing brands in UK fertility and pregnancy nutrition — science-led, clinically credible, and listed with the country's most trusted health retailers. The brand is at an inflection point, and we're looking for a commercial leader who will drive the next chapter.

Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you'll own UK sales growth end-to-end — managing key retail accounts, developing the pharmacy and fertility clinic channels, holding the P&L, and laying the foundations for a UK sales team. You'll sit close to the decision-making, contribute ideas that get acted on, and see the impact of your work show up in real time.

You will:

  • Collaborate with marketing to maximise ROI across launches and promotions
  • Identify new listings and channel opportunities as the brand scales
  • Build and develop major UK retail partnerships to drive distribution and sales
  • Develop the pharmacy and fertility clinic channels with structured trading plans
  • Own the UK P&L and trade budget with commercial rigour

Want a platform to own something important and give yourself a platform to step up into a bigger UK leadership role? Wish it was yours?
