You’ll support the development of new and existing products, taking ideas from concept through to launch. The role covers the full NPD process including trials, documentation and factory handover, working closely with internal teams and manufacturing partners.
You’ll also play a key role in spotting trends and bringing new ideas into the pipeline. This includes tracking competitor activity, using market insight, and contributing to a continuous flow of innovation across the category.
They’re looking for someone with a Food Science (or similar) degree and around 1+ year’s FMCG NPD experience, including placements. An interest in bakery is important, alongside strong organisation, attention to detail and a genuine passion for food and trends.
