We’re hiring a Brand Manager to help shape the future of one of the UK’s most recognisable frozen food brands, a role perfect for a marketer ready to step up and get real ownership earlier in their career. This isn’t theory marketing. This is real FMCG brand building, fast-paced, commercial, and genuinely consumer-led.

You’ll work closely with senior marketers to drive growth across a much-loved pizza portfolio, helping deliver everything from innovation and renovation projects to annual brand planning and campaign execution. One week you might be analysing shopper insight and performance data; the next, collaborating with agencies, shaping NPD ideas, or bringing new launches to life with major retailers.

It’s a brilliant opportunity for someone who:

  • Loves food, trends, and understanding why consumers buy what they buy
  • Enjoys balancing creativity with commercial thinking
  • Wants exposure to the full marketing mix, not just one slice of it
  • Is ready to learn quickly, take ownership, and grow fast

You’ll join a collaborative team where curiosity is encouraged, ideas are welcomed, and development genuinely matters. This role offers hands-on experience with a household-name brand — the kind of experience that accelerates a marketing career.

If you’re the type of person who notices packaging changes in supermarkets, tracks food trends for fun, and wants to work on a brand people actually recognise… this could be your next move.

Leeds-based role. Major UK retail exposure. Real responsibility, real learning, real brand impact.
