Our client is a fast-growing food production site on the outskirts of Glasgow - looking for a Senior National Account Manager to take ownership of its Ocado relationship. You'll work closely alongside the Sales Controller who's landed that award-winning partnership — a tight-knit team, a brilliant culture, and a site that's fast becoming one of the biggest in Scotland.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning the Ocado account day-to-day — JBPs, trading reviews, NPD conversations
- P&L ownership including pricing, investment, and margin by SKU
- Weekly trade reporting and commercial analysis
- Cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, operations, and category
- Customer service excellence — OTIF ownership and delivery
Who We're Looking For
- SNAM or NAM from an FMCG or food background — private label experience a plus
- Commercially sharp, confident with P&L, and a strong negotiator
- Data-driven with the ability to turn insight into action
- Someone who brings energy, earns trust quickly, and loves the food industry
