We are on the lookout for the best social media manager in the game. This is your chance to take the reins on social for one of the UK’s most exciting drinks brands, which has gone from £0 to £5m in under two years and shows no signs of slowing down.

In 3000 stores across Indies, Out of Home space and Grocers, and in 11 countries, our client has a rock-solid channel strategy. Help their tribe find them on social, and they’ll make sure the products get into the right basket!

You’ll be the voice and vision across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Klaviyo. You’ll be just as comfortable building out a content strategy as you are in the director’s chair or jumping into the comments section, or getting stuck in with TikTok and bringing the brand to life.

There’s real creative space here. Our client wants someone who can bring their own infectious energy, knows a thing or two about the FMCG space, has their own ideas and is willing to meet their own, self-imposed, high standards on a consistent basis. To put it simply, ambition is key here!

You’ll need to be well versed in the Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and CapCut to succeed in this role – your content is a key part of the brand’s attraction funnel, so it’s got to resonate with the Tribe you want to find you.

You’ll work from a stunning Central London HQ (Vauxhall) 3-4 days a week, collaborating with a tight-knit team who care deeply about what they’re building.

Salary is coming in at £38k - £48k + bonus (dependant on experience) + 24 holidays (plus stats). This is a role where your taste, your timing and your thinking will set the tone for one of the UK’s most exciting emerging soft drinks that will dominate the drinks landscape for years to come!
