Know your cask from your craft? Got a commercial brain and a nose for margins? This one’s for you. We’re hiring for a role with one of the most exciting pub groups in the UK. They’ve got a growing estate and a bold vision for the future. Now they need someone who can bring together data, drinks, and smart thinking to help push things forward.

This is a role where commercial thinking meets creative activation. You’ll be analysing sales and stock data to shape product ranges and improve margins. You’ll work closely with suppliers, getting under the skin of each category and negotiating support that makes a real difference. You’ll also be hands-on in the pubs themselves, spending time on-site to see what works and what needs work.

You’ll be a key player in how drinks are promoted and sold across the estate. That means working with Business Development Managers and licensees to make sure activations land well and drive sales. It also means helping shape the presence of cask ales, craft products and key calendar moments across group and individual pubs.

There’s a big marketing angle to this too. From launching new products to planning seasonal campaigns, you’ll be making sure supplier support turns into tangible impact. You’ll be part strategist, part fixer, part face of the drinks strategy on the ground.

You’ll need to be commercially sharp, great with people and confident working across a mix of data, retail insight and marketing plans. If you’ve got experience in Drinks and hospitality or a similar industry and you’re ready for a role where no two days look the same, this could be the one.

If you know your way around a bar and a balance sheet, this is your cue. Let’s make it happen!
