This rapidly growing soft drinks brand is gonna deliver the FIZZ… and they want you to get onboard as Senior National Account Manager!
This is a proper commercial lead role. You will own key UK grocery accounts end to end, shaping joint business plans, negotiating listings and ranges, driving promotional strategy and building long term partnerships. You will be the person retailers trust to represent the brand and the person internally who makes sure the brand shows up brilliantly on shelf.
Day to day you will be forecasting, tracking performance, spotting opportunities to unlock new distribution and working closely with marketing, supply chain and NPD to bring plans to life. You will be preparing for buyer meetings, leading negotiations, reviewing promo ROI and making sure execution matches ambition. There is a big focus on expanding ranging and opening doors with new retailers as the brand steps up its grocery presence.
Because of the growth curve, this role is not just about managing what already exists. It is about building what comes next. You will help shape the UK sales strategy, influence how the brand goes to market and play a key role in setting up the business for its next stage of scale. For the right person, there is a very real path into a UK head of sales position.
We are looking for someone commercially sharp, confident with grocery buyers and comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led environment. You will enjoy autonomy, responsibility and the chance to genuinely leave your mark on a brand that is still early in its story.
If you want a senior role with proper impact, clear progression and a drinks brand everyone is starting to talk about, this is the one to explore.
