We are recruiting on behalf of a leading brand in the consumer goods sector for an International Account Manager looking after an account base in Germany and the Middle East. This role offers the opportunity to lead a sales strategy across the region, manage key relationships, and expand the company's presence in the German and Middle Eastern markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing key retail relationships as well as identify new opportunities
- Business development and new relationship development with retailers not currently traded with
- Manage and grow relationships with distributors, agents, and direct retail partners
- Take ownership of sales and profitability targets, working closely with cross-functional teams
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and sales strategies
- Oversee international exhibitions and trade shows, representing the brand globally
What We're Looking For:
- Experience managing non-food retailers across Germany and the Middle East
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- Experience in category management and strategic planning
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across different cultures
