Bonus: Up to £500 monthly performance bonus
Location: Phoenix Way, Swansea Enterprise Park, SA7 9HZ
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

You\'ll play a crucial role in supporting our Heating Site Managers by coordinating installations, handling compliance submissions, and ensuring our projects run smoothly from start to finish.

About The Role
Consumer Energy Solutions delivers FREE heating measures to households across the UK. Our qualified Site Managers oversee the full install process, ensuring quality from first fix to final sign-off. As a Site Manager Coordinator, you\'ll work behind the scenes to keep everything running like clockworkscheduling visits, processing evidence, and supporting compliance requirements in line with Ofgem standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule site visits for Heating Site Managers
- Ensure timely receipt and processing of site reports and evidence
- Review and upload photographic documentation of installations
- Maintain accurate records on internal systems and Google Sheets
- Communicate with Site Managers to resolve issues and meet deadlines
- Support Ofgem-related submissions and innovation compliance
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in diary and schedule management
- Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Comfortable working with internet-based tools and shared spreadsheets
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Eager to learn and grow within a fast-moving team
