A consumer electronics manufacturer based in Surrey is seeking a talented Retail Marketing Manager to lead their marketing team, delivering innovative campaigns that strengthen our brand and drive business growth. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll translate strategy into action, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure all campaigns are executed to a high standard and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary marketing team
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across retail, affiliate, digital, content, social, and paid media
- Execute marketing strategy in partnership with the Marketing Director
- Oversee projects and ensure timely delivery of all marketing activities
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise using KPIs and analytics
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Service, and Logistics teams
- Maintain quality across creative and content output
- Support budget management to maximise ROI
About You
- 5+ years’ marketing experience with a proven track record
- Strong expertise in retailer marketing, content, SEO, paid media, branding, and social
- Experienced leader capable of motivating and developing a team
- Excellent communicator and confident presenter
- Analytical, results-driven, and highly organised
- Creative thinker with fresh ideas and innovative campaign approaches
Salary is £55,000 - £60,000 plus package. This role is based in Surrey two days per week.
