We are looking to build a team of outstanding relationship builders and wireless technology experts. In this role you will lead the customer experience, remove obstacles, and drive guest satisfaction in a retail environment.
What You Do In This Role
- Brand Ambassador – Create a welcoming store environment that reflects our core value of Happy Employee – Happy Customer.
- Relationship Builder – Build relationships with guests, teammates, and field leadership through active listening and problem solving.
- Product and Services Expert – Translate wireless technology into clear conversations after world‑class training.
- Obstacle Remover – Make decisive decisions, resolve escalations, and ensure the team has the tools needed for success.
What You Need To Win In This Role
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of retail management experience (keyholder) in a customer‑facing environment.
- At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience in the wireless industry.
- Experience operating a POS system with accurate transactions.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Schedule and Attendance
Retail store open 6–7 days a week; hours typically 9 a.m.–6 p.m.
Physical Requirements
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, walk, and stand for extended periods. Perform light cleaning tasks such as dusting, counter cleaning, and garbage disposal.

Pay & Benefits Data
- Minimum Salary: $42,000
- Maximum Salary: $52,500
- Benefits include:
