Consumer Additions has partnered with a global leading multisite hospitality business to recruit an interim Pricing & Customer Analytics Manager for 3 months to deliver a few projects.
Key Projects:
- Advise territories on optimal pricing
- Personalised offers - Deliver several segmentations and campaigns
- Evaluation of several B2B partner programmes and subscription schemes
- Delivery of reporting dashboards across all territories
Requirements:
- Extensive recent B2C experience
- Expert user of PowerBI and data pipelines / data modelling
- Expert in test, lean and optimise approaches
- Comfortable using customer cohorts and metrics to extrapolate to incrementality and profitability
- Integrate different data sources, as well as customer sentiment and to use common sense and industry knowledge to help territories set prices
