Consumer Additions has partnered exclusively with a leading £50m turnover multisite hospitality group to recruit an interim Head of Finance 12-month maternity cover contract.
Reporting to the CFO, this is a broad finance role that leads the entire finance team and has responsibility for commercial analysis, financial reporting, payroll, tax and cashflow.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and mentoring the finance team as well as maintaining external relationships with key service providers.
- Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
- P&L, investment and competitor analysis
- Cash management and working capital responsibility
- Weekly, monthly and annual reporting
- Ensuring effective internal controls and procedures are in place
- Ongoing development of financial systems and reporting of management information
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant
- Experience managing a small team
- Hands on approach to SME finances
- Ability to get into the detail whilst also looking at the wider commercial agenda
- Ideally with multi-site hospitality experience
