We’re looking for a strategic, commercially minded Senior Proposition & Marketing Manager to lead the evolution of our offerings and ownership propositions and elevate the customer experience across our locations. In this role, you’ll define what we sell, how it’s experienced, and how our guests and owners feel about being part of our community. You’ll bring together insight, creativity and commercial thinking to develop compelling propositions, strengthen brand storytelling, and drive engagement and spend. You’ll also lead location marketing execution and build a vibrant, connected owner community that champions loyalty and advocacy.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the development and evolution of sites and ownership propositions across accommodation, experiences, F&B and benefits.
  • Translating guest and owner insight into new ideas, enhancements and experience improvements.
  • Mapping and optimising the end‑to‑end guest and owner journey to increase satisfaction, engagement and spend.
  • Owning all on‑site marketing strategy and execution, ensuring consistent, high‑quality communication and experience delivery.
  • Designing and delivering owner engagement strategies that build belonging, loyalty and advocacy.
  • Partnering with CRM to create segmented, lifecycle‑based owner journeys.
  • Developing community‑led programmes, events and digital engagement initiatives.
  • Working cross‑functionally with brand, digital, operations, revenue, F&B, retail and entertainment teams.
  • Leading a small team and influencing stakeholders across multiple sites.
  • Monitoring performance, insight and commercial impact to continually optimise propositions and on‑park activity.

What you’ll bring:

  • Senior experience in product, proposition, experience or customer marketing.
  • A strong track record developing and scaling propositions, bundles or experiences that drive commercial growth.
  • Experience working with F&B, leisure, retail or entertainment environments.
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys, experience design and value communication.
  • Experience building or nurturing member, owner or loyalty‑based communities.
  • Confident use of insight and performance data to optimise propositions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to create alignment across teams.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to develop high‑performing teams.
  • A balance of creativity and commercial discipline, with the ability to simplify complexity into clear, actionable plans.
  • Exposure to CRM personalisation, segmentation and automated lifecycle journeys.
  • Familiarity with NPS, brand tracking or experience analytics tools.
