An exciting opportunity for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to take ownership of global customer acquisition and digital growth for a premium direct-to-consumer brand.

This role will lead the acquisition strategy across paid media, search, affiliate partnerships, and organic growth channels, driving profitable customer acquisition while maintaining a strong focus on customer quality, lifetime value, and long-term business growth.

Working closely with Digital, CRM, E-Commerce, Brand, and Creative teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey, optimising marketing investment, and delivering measurable commercial impact across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the customer acquisition strategy across paid and organic digital channels.
  • Drive profitable growth through effective management of paid search, paid social, affiliate partnerships, and SEO initiatives.
  • Continuously optimise acquisition performance, balancing customer acquisition costs with long-term customer value.
  • Identify new opportunities, channels, and growth initiatives to scale customer acquisition internationally.

Campaign Management & Performance

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with brand and creative teams to ensure campaigns deliver both commercial performance and strong customer engagement.
  • Optimise creative, audience targeting, and channel performance throughout the customer funnel.

Agency & Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with external agencies and strategic partners.
  • Monitor performance, challenge strategies, and ensure delivery against agreed objectives and KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing partnerships and explore new acquisition opportunities.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience within performance or digital marketing, digital acquisition, or growth marketing roles.
  • Experience driving growth within lifestyle, luxury or premium brand.
  • Strong understanding of Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, and Affiliate Marketing.
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets and driving measurable ROI.
  • Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen and data interpretation skills.
  • Experience managing agencies, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimisation, and lifecycle marketing principles.
  • Excellent reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis capabilities.
