Key Responsibilities

  • E-commerce & Website Management
    • Support the day-to-day trading and optimisation of the Shopify website to improve customer experience and conversion.
    • Manage product uploads, merchandising, homepage updates, landing pages, and ongoing site maintenance.
    • Ensure product imagery, copy, and digital assets are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
    • Monitor website performance and support reporting on key e-commerce metrics including traffic, conversion, and customer behaviour.
  • Customer Experience
    • Oversee customer service across email and online chat, ensuring a premium and responsive customer experience.
    • Manage returns and exchanges, resolving escalated customer issues efficiently.
    • Identify opportunities to improve customer retention, satisfaction, and the overall online journey.
  • Social Media & Digital Marketing
    • Support the planning and execution of social media activity across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
