Senior CRM Executive – D2C E-Commerce Fashion Brand Location: London (hybrid) As a Senior CRM Executive, you’ll take the lead on our customer communications strategy, owning everything from campaign planning to platform performance. You’ll be the voice of the brand across our email and SMS channels, driving customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value through smart segmentation, personalisation, and insight-led storytelling. Develop and deliver the full CRM strategy across email, SMS, and loyalty programmes Manage end-to-end campaigns, from planning and copy to build, testing, and reporting Champion A/B testing and experimentation to improve open rates, engagement, and conversion Collaborate closely with creative and ecommerce teams to align messaging with promotions, launches, and brand campaigns Build customer journeys and automations that nurture long-term relationships Analyse performance and customer data to inform future strategy and share actionable insights across the team Manage CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo or similar) and ensure data integrity Experience in CRM, retention, or email marketing, preferably in a D2C ecommerce environment Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Klaviyo, Ometria, etc.) Creative flair and brand sensitivity.
