Role Overview: As a Senior Brand Marketing Executive, you will be a key player in developing and executing impactful offline marketing strategies that align with our overall brand vision and drive both brand awareness and customer engagement. You will be given the autonomy to lead initiatives from ideation through to execution, often working independently to deliver high-quality, measurable results. You will manage multiple marketing campaigns, build brand partnerships, and engage with customers through direct, face-to-face interactions. Your work will directly impact our brand’s visibility and sales, driving growth both locally and nationally. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Offline Marketing Campaigns: Conceptualise and implement creative offline marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and align with broader company goals. Take ownership of end-to-end campaign execution, from planning through to performance analysis and optimisation. Lead seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions through offline channels, including events, influencer partnerships, guerrilla marketing, and experiential activations. Ensure campaigns are on-brand and consistently reflect our voice and values across all touchpoints. Manage Events and In-Store Experiences: Coordinate and oversee events, pop-up shops, in-store promotions, and experiential activations that drive foot traffic and enhance brand awareness. Build and nurture relationships with venue owners, event partners, and vendors to ensure successful and impactful events. Work closely with the retail and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring smooth event execution and positive brand interactions. Monitor and evaluate the success of each event, providing actionable insights for improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to ensure that campaign materials (print, posters, flyers, etc.) and visual assets reflect the brand’s messaging and identity. Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to align on key messaging and initiatives. Be an active contributor to broader marketing strategy meetings, offering insights and recommendations based on offline campaign performance and market trends. Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends, consumer behaviours, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand differentiation. Leverage data to propose new tactics and identify areas for improvement in current campaigns. Develop a deep understanding of our customer base and tailor offline marketing efforts to engage and retain this audience. Support CRM and Email Marketing Initiatives: Work alongside the Head of Marketing to provide insights and support for the development of email marketing campaigns and customer retention strategies. Help create integrated marketing plans that leverage both offline and online channels to nurture relationships with existing customers and drive repeat business. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in a brand marketing role, preferably within a high-growth Beauty, Fashion or Lifestyle brand. Experience in retail or experiential marketing is a plus. Proven track record of planning and executing successful offline marketing campaigns. Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and navigating ambiguity. Strong understanding of offline marketing channels, including events, experiential marketing, direct mail, and in-store promotions. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and branding. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to create compelling marketing materials and communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and customers. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be a proactive problem-solver. Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
