Sample Coordinator (London Area)

Interim Sample Co-ord / Fashion / £150 per day

An opportunity has opened for a Sample Co-ordinator to join a global Lifestyle brand in London on a 4-week temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up trackers for sample shipments
• Organizing wear trial samples and tooling
• Managing wear trial participant data
• Assisting with 3D foot scanning for database development
• Reviewing and enhancing wear trial forms and trackers
• Liaising with fabric mills
• Liaising with factories, ensuring the samples come back first time right
• Cataloguing and tracking all samples
• Managing critical path and updating production files with customer orders, organising the production calendar together with the Production Coordinator

You, ideally, will have previous experience within a fashion/footwear brand, used to working in fast-paced environment and react to last-minute priority changes. Highly organised, adaptable and able to multitask and prioritise. 3D foot scanning exposure. Computer literate (strong Microsoft

Must be available for 4 weeks, starting immediately, working hybrid 3 days office, 2 home.

£150 per day, working via an Umbrella company.
