An opportunity has opened for a Sample Co-ordinator to join a global Lifestyle brand in London on a 4-week temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up trackers for sample shipments
- Organizing wear trial samples and tooling
- Managing wear trial participant data
- Assisting with 3D foot scanning for database development
- Reviewing and enhancing wear trial forms and trackers
- Liaising with fabric mills
- Liaising with factories, ensuring the samples come back first time right
- Cataloguing and tracking all samples
- Managing critical path and updating production files with customer orders, organising the production calendar together with the Production Coordinator
You, ideally, will have previous experience within a fashion/footwear brand, used to working in a fast-paced environment and react to last-minute priority changes. Highly organised, adaptable and able to multitask and prioritise. 3D foot scanning exposure. Computer literate (strong Microsoft).
Must be available for 4 weeks, starting immediately, working hybrid 3 days office, 2 home. Β£150 per day, working via an Umbrella company.
