Consumer Additions are working in partnership with a Sportswear and Apparel brand to look for a dynamic Retail Marketing Manager to join their team.

You’ll play a key role in bringing brand strategy to life across major UK retailers. It’s a hands-on, creative role where shopper experience and commercial impact go hand-in-hand.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead the UK Retail Marketing Plan and go-to-market retail campaigns
  • Align cross-functionally with commercial and regional teams to support sell-in
  • Build strong partnerships with key retailers and agencies
  • Manage retail projects from brief through to on-time, high-quality execution
  • Champion the customer journey, elevating in-store experience
  • Oversee the execution and standards of two UK-based brand showrooms

Personal Requirements:

  • Has experience in retail marketing and strategy execution, ideally in apparel or sports
  • Understands visual merchandising and retail activation at a high level
  • Brings excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Has a strategic mindset and a passion for brand growth
