As Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end paid media strategy and execution - driving growth across channels including Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok. You’ll collaborate closely with agency partners to boost brand awareness, attract new customers, improve conversion rates, and maximise ROI - ensuring every pound spent delivers measurable results.
You’ll bring a strong background in managing large-scale advertising campaigns, developing data-led testing roadmaps, optimising performance creatives, and leveraging analytics to fuel decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across PPC and Paid Social channels.
- Collaborate with teams to create data-driven campaigns for acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience targeting to improve ad relevance and conversions.
- Manage media budgets to maximise ROI and adjust spend based on performance and market trends.
- Track and report on key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CAC, conversions) to inform decisions.
- Work with creative teams to produce ads, landing pages, and messaging that align with brand goals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Build and manage dashboards and reports for performance tracking.
- Analyse customer behaviour, campaign results, and product performance to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on LTV, churn, and retention to guide strategy.
- Develop and maintain a creative testing framework and roadmap for ongoing experimentation.
- Test new formats, messages, and audiences while preserving brand integrity.
- Document and share learnings to improve future campaigns.
- Monitor platform trends, algorithm changes, and features to maintain a competitive edge.
- Translate platform updates into actionable strategies and share insights with the team.
- 5+ years managing paid media campaigns across major digital platforms, preferable from a health & wellness or beauty/skincare brand.
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data to drive decisions.
- Skilled in A/B testing, bid management, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Proven ability to scale campaigns and drive measurable ROI.
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, attribution, and customer segmentation.
- Experienced with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads, and managing agency partners.
- Experienced in building testing frameworks and roadmaps.
- Comfortable managing budgets of £500k+.
- Curious, proactive, and enjoys working in a small, collaborative team.
This is a hybrid role with 1 day in their London office, or depending on location, East Sussex office. Working hours are 8am-4pm, or 9am-5pm.
