A well-established and highly respected alcohol business is looking for a confident and capable Administrator to join their Wholesale Customer Services team based in south London. This is a pivotal role within the team, providing first-class administrative and customer support, with primary responsibility for inbound order processing. You will be at the heart of operations - ensuring orders are processed accurately, deliveries are scheduled seamlessly, and customers receive an outstanding service experience from start to finish.
You will be responsible for:
- Processing sales orders using Microsoft Dynamics
- Providing accurate and timely administrative, sales and customer service support
- Booking couriers and coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams
- Monitoring deliveries and resolving courier issues
- Managing inbound calls and emails
- Raising invoices, credits and statements, liaising with finance
- Maintaining customer pricing and ensuring ERP/CRM data accuracy
- Supporting wider administrative tasks including Excel reporting and data processing
- Assisting cross-departmentally during peak periods (especially Christmas)
We are looking for someone who is:
- A calm, level-headed team player
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- An excellent communicator
- Experienced in administration/customer service (minimum 1 year)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experienced with Microsoft Dynamics/Navision or similar ERP
