We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who is passionate about design, agile in a fast-paced environment, and able to balance polished craft with a playful, social-first edge. You will bring fresh ideas, sharp execution, and help shape how our brand appears across every touchpoint.
What you will be doing:
- Acting as a brand guardian - evolving and maintaining guidelines across digital and physical touchpoints, including website, stores, retail partners, packaging, and organic and paid social.
- Partnering with Brand and Marketing leads to interpret briefs and transform them into standout creative.
- Developing social-first, conceptual ideas that cut through the noise and resonate with our audience.
- Leading a small team of designers - managing workflow, priorities, and ensuring high-quality delivery at pace.
- Balancing brand integrity with customer needs in all design decisions.
- Playing a key role in driving the brand toward its next major strategic goals.
- Supporting art direction and content creation as needed.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years' experience in a fast-paced fashion, lifestyle, or activewear brand.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring junior designers.
- A broad visual vocabulary and a genuine love for great design.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate ideas with clarity and confidence.
- Highly motivated, collaborative, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves.
- Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (video and AI skills are a strong bonus).
This is a permanent role, paying £55k + bonus, working 3 days office, 2 home.
