We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Product Developer to join our product team. You will support the development of footwear collections from concept through to production, ensuring specifications, samples, and data are accurately managed and deadlines are met. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, commercially driven lifestyle environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Product Developer with spec sheets, technical drawings, and sample tracking
  • Enter and maintain accurate product data in internal systems
  • Assist with fit sessions, lab dips, and sample evaluations
  • Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of samples
  • Help monitor timelines and manage the product development calendar
  • Prepare documentation for production and internal reporting
  • Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives within the team

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a footwear or fashion product development environment is highly desirable
  • Strong Excel and data management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
