Consumer Additions are delighted to be partnering with a Private Equity backed, international business to recruit a Group Reporting Manager opportunity. This role is an excellent opportunity to work with an impressive CFO and an ambitious business which is looking to double its turnover in the next 18 months. This role is focused on developing controls and processes and will be working very closely with the commercial finance team and will require the successful candidate to have strong commercial acumen.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the finance function across UK entities, ensuring timely, accurate monthly reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Own the preparation of consolidated management accounts, cash flow forecasts and regulatory filings.
  • Strengthen financial control and governance frameworks.
  • Manage, develop and support the UK finance team, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and high performance.
  • Business partner with commercial and operational leaders to support budgeting, commercial reviews, and business case development.
  • Drive working capital discipline, optimise cash flow, and support cost efficiency initiatives aligned to business targets.

Who we are looking for:

  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Demonstrable experience in improving processes and controls.
  • Ability to work cross functionally and influence key stakeholders.
  • Up to date with the latest accounting regulations and accounting standards.
