Duration: 6 months

Consumer Additions has partnered with a leading global £150m+ turnover fashion brand. This is a 6-month assignment to cover whilst the incumbent delivers a number of key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and development of a team of 15
  • Take overall responsibility for the core accounting and reporting requirements
  • Owning the cash‑flow reporting and forecasting
  • Working with the CFO and Head of Commercial Finance to establish the right culture in Finance
  • Continue to develop effective, efficient and well‑documented financial control processes across the business
  • Leverage systems to improve financial and KPI reporting, consistency, control and team efficiency
  • Manage the relationship with external stakeholders

Key Requirements:

  • Recent experience within £100m+ international organisations
  • Sat across all of the elements of control (Management Accountants, AP/AR, Tax etc)
  • Managed teams of 10+ people
