Leading performance and innovative footwear brand are looking for a retail focused International Sales Executive to help them scale their wholesale network and optimise their retail operations. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role, combining retail partner management, supply-chain, merchandising, and project delivery to ensure their products reach their customers seamlessly and efficiently.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead retail operational projects to support business growth, including new market launches and expansion.
  • Oversee onboarding of new wholesale partners across various categories, managing SKU setup, system integration, and order processes.
  • Partner with Operations, 3PLs, and Finance to optimise inventory, fulfilment, and purchasing workflows.
  • Implement automated B2B systems to streamline dealer ordering.
  • Manage apparel buying cycles, sample tracking, and demand planning for seasonal collections.
  • Develop KPIs to monitor supply-chain efficiency, dealer performance, and retail growth.
  • Collaborate across Commercial, Product, and Finance teams to improve processes and drive operational excellence.

You, ideally will have 5+ years’ experience in wholesale, retail operations, or supply-chain roles. Proven exposure in consumer-facing or omnichannel retail environments, demand planning, purchasing, and fulfilment. Experience managing 3PLs, logistics, and retail network operations. Experience in ERP (NetSuite or similar) and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
