Consumer Additions are delighted to be recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Analyst to join a renowned and expanding hospitality group. With multiple restaurants across the UK, this business is celebrated for delivering exceptional food, outstanding service, and unforgettable experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Translate performance data into actionable insights through weekly trading analysis
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, including scenario modelling for new openings and investments
- Conduct deep-dives into promotions, pricing, and labour efficiency to identify growth opportunities
- Partner closely with operations and central teams to drive profitability
About You
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, ideally gained in a multi-site or hospitality environment
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred
