Consumer Additions are partnering with a leading leisure business to recruit a financial accountant on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. This role has arisen as a result of expansion across the business and involves some great projects as part of the expansion.
Sitting within the financial control function, responsibilities include:
- Assisting with improving international reporting
- Ownership for the IFRS 16 reporting
- Assisting with the Year End audit, including liaising with the external auditors
- Assisting with the accounting for the due diligence for any acquisitions or mergers
- Assisting with the development of an internal audit function
Who we are looking for:
- A qualified or part-qualified accountant
- Demonstrable experience in a financial reporting position
- Great communication skills
- Pro-activity and attention to detail
- Available to start on short notice
