Consumer Additions has partnered exclusively with a high growth £5m turnover consumer services brand to recruit a part-time Finance Manager for a 12 month maternity cover contract. Reporting into a fractional Finance Director and managing an Accounts Assistant, the part-time Finance Manager owns their day to day accounting, monthly management reporting and plays a leading role in their budgeting and forecasting cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage an Accounts Assistant
- Own monthly management reporting
- Prepare monthly profit & loss and balance sheet reports
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Deliver monthly cash forecasting
- Collaborate with external accountants to prepare and submit statutory accounts
- Act as a finance business partner to stakeholders across the business
- Drive efficiencies and process improvements across the finance function

- Broad accounting experience within SME environments is essential
- Strong monthly management reporting including budgeting and forecasting
