I've exclusively partnered with a leading lifestyle brand who are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join them and play a key role in delivering high-impact marketing campaigns. In this role, you’ll help ensure our campaigns run smoothly, perform effectively, and achieve results. You’ll support the management and optimisation of paid and organic channels, analyse performance data, and work with partners to boost brand visibility and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and optimisation of paid social, paid search, and affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams on day-to-day campaign management.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Manage affiliate marketing initiatives, including partner outreach, onboarding, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and landing page optimisation for Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to track KPIs and highlight results.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, social media developments, and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.

About You

  • Some experience in digital marketing, ideally in paid media or affiliate marketing within retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods.
  • Basic knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and affiliate networks.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Able to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Salary: Up to £33k
  • Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
