We are seeking a dynamic Digital Content Marketing Manager to join our global digital team. This role will lead AI-driven content (LLM), SEO strategy, blog management, and digital PR to increase brand visibility and drive organic growth. You will collaborate cross-functionally with PR, creator content, onsite content, and digital delivery teams to execute high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage SEO during platform migrations, optimize site architecture, monitor KPIs, and mitigate risks to maintain traffic and revenue.
  • Develop and execute SEO content strategy; optimize product, category, and blog pages; manage content performance and external SEO agencies.
  • Lead AI/LLM content planning, production, and optimization; establish scalable frameworks to improve discoverability and consistency.
  • Manage agency partners to deliver SEO-focused outreach and amplify brand campaigns.
  • Align content, affiliate, PR, and influencer initiatives; track campaign performance; oversee budgets; stay current with digital marketing trends.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in digital marketing, SEO content, PR, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods.
  • Hands‑on manager able to execute SEO strategies and translate ideas into measurable results.
  • Skilled with Gen‑AI tools for content creation; able to manage multiple stakeholders and agencies.
  • Proven experience in affiliate and influencer campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Hybrid model based in the UK office (3 days in office, remainder remote), flexible work.
