Location: Central Brighton - 1 day a week in the office

Consumer Additions are partnering with a high growth health and wellness business to recruit a technically strong, data-driven and strategic CRM Manager into their team. Joining at an incredibly exciting time for the business where they are experiencing unprecedented growth, mainly through the surge of the health and wellness market and a commitment (obsession) with sourcing and building the highest quality supplements and products for their customers.

The CRM Manager will play a key role in customer retention and maximising their brand awareness through a strategic and data-led approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data-Driven Optimization – Use segmentation, A/B testing, and automation to boost engagement and sales.
  • Own the CRM & Email Marketing Strategy – Drive acquisition, retention, and loyalty through best-in-class email marketing.
  • Customer-Centric Approach – Craft campaigns that cut through the noise and resonate with their audience.
  • Loyalty & Referral Growth – Enhance our Loyalty Programme & Refer-a-Friend scheme to drive customer retention.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Work with content, paid media, and D2C teams to deliver high-performing landing pages and retention strategies.
