Creative Content Manager
Consumer Additions are partnered with a global retail brand who looking for an experienced and visionary Creative Content Manager to lead the development and execution of creative content across all brand touchpoints. From e-commerce and campaign shoots to engaging organic and paid social content, this role is central to driving a brand’s visual identity and storytelling across digital platforms.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and external creative partners to bring a lifestyle-focused brand to life through compelling visuals and engaging narratives. You'll oversee day-to-day content production while leading a small, motivated team of creative professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full content lifecycle across e-commerce, social media (organic and paid), brand campaigns, and video—ensuring all outputs align with the brand vision and commercial strategy.
- Manage and mentor a creative team that may include content producers, assistants, and creators. Partner with marketing, e-commerce, and wholesale teams to ensure content supports wider business goals.
- Plan and lead content shoots including campaign, lifestyle, product, and video production. Oversee creative logistics, direction, and post-production workflow.
- Collaborate with senior brand stakeholders and work with commercial teams to support content testing and performance optimisation.
- Source, brief, and manage freelance talent and production resources when needed to complement in-house capabilities.
- Develop and execute content strategies tailored to TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant digital platforms, with a focus on engagement, reach, and community growth.
What You’ll Bring
- A strong visual storytelling skillset with a portfolio that demonstrates high-quality content across fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- 7 years in a creative content-focused role, ideally within the fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand space.
- Experience managing and inspiring creative teams, providing clear direction while fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple streams of content and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- A deep understanding of platform-specific content needs, particularly for TikTok, Instagram, and e-commerce channels.
