Key Responsibilities

  • Wholesale Sales & Account Management
    • Support the management and growth of wholesale accounts across premium and luxury retail partners.
    • Build strong relationships with customers, delivering an exceptional level of service and support.
    • Assist with seasonal selling activities, market appointments, and account development initiatives.
    • Prepare and maintain sales tools, pricing documents, and customer-facing materials.
  • Wholesale Operations & Order Management
    • Manage wholesale orders from entry through to fulfilment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

  • Showroom & Market Support

  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Commercially aware with strong problem-solving skills.
