British Luxury brand is expanding their Head Office and is looking for a proactive, highly organised, and discreet Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support our founder and manage their busy office operations. This is a hybrid role, blending executive support, office management, and production coordination. This is a pivotal position in the business, supporting the founder directly while ensuring the smooth running of the office and sample management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as the gatekeeper for the founder, managing her diary and prioritising communications.
  • Manage the founder’s emails, responding on their behalf when appropriate, and flagging urgent matters.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support the founder with ad hoc projects and business initiatives.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and general organisation.
  • Take ownership of sample management: receiving, logging, and distributing samples to the relevant teams or individuals.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure samples are delivered efficiently.
  • Support the team with sample shipping, logistics, and office-related projects.
  • Play an active role in the office relocation and setup of the new space in the coming months.
  • Support a small but growing team, ensuring the office environment is organised, efficient, and professional.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an EA or Office Manager from a founder-led/start-up fashion brand.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach, willing to get involved in a variety of tasks.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This role is office based Monday - Friday, paying £50k (product and holiday allowance + pension).
