Base pay range Direct message the job poster from Consumer Additions and Consumer Exec Associate Director @ Consumer Additions | Talent Acquisition, Fashion, Retail, Beauty & Lifestyle Applications Support Analyst – London I have exclusively partnered with a multi-product fashion brand, who are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. My client\’s IT team provides system support for all departments, while desktop and server support are primarily managed by the Infrastructure & Service Desk Teams. The development function focuses on maintaining and enhancing business applications and processes across the organization. The Development Operations team serves as the critical link between end users and the core development team, ensuring that business applications and systems remain efficient and fully support each department\’s operational needs. Responsibilities: Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to both the IT team and business end users. Maintain strong relationships with third-party software providers to ensure quick resolution of application errors. Work closely with the internal service desk to enhance support efficiency. Minimize the impact of support tasks on the core development team. Oversee business systems operations, ensuring continued functionality and performance. Drive continuous system improvements, including small projects, quick wins, workarounds, minor developments, and data extractions. Assist with user and technical support, including training where required. The person: Have a strong understanding of Retail & E-Commerce processes, highly beneficial. Ability to lead smaller projects, ensuring objectives and deliverables are met. Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical approach. Experience in identifying and addressing IT issues within entire business processes, considering downstream workflow impacts. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to a non-technical audience. Commercial awareness and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Technical Attributes must include the following: Understanding of SQL Server Understanding of SSIS Packages Technical Attributes should include some of the following: Microsoft Dynamics AX / ERP Infor M3 / ERP BI / Analytical Reporting SSRS Salesforce Commerce Cloud MNP Solution VB / Programming Integration .NET This is a permanent position, working hybrid in their London office 3 days a week, with 2 days remote, working 9-5.30pm.
