E-commerce & Marketplace Assistant in Manchester

We are looking for an organised and proactive E-commerce & Marketplace Assistant to join our growing team. This is a varied office-based role supporting the day-to-day operation of our online marketplaces, including Amazon, Shopify and other retail platforms. The role is ideal for someone who is confident using online systems, comfortable working with product information and documents, and enjoys solving operational problems. You do not need to be an Amazon expert, but previous experience in e-commerce, marketplace administration, office administration or online retail would be an advantage. Key Responsibilities Create and manage Amazon FBA shipments , including shipment plans, carton information and related documentation Create, update and maintain product listings across Amazon, Shopify and other online marketplaces Upload and maintain product information, images, specifications and other listing content Upload and manage product compliance documents , certificates and supporting documentation requested by marketplaces Respond to and manage Amazon Seller Support cases and marketplace enquiries Monitor open cases and follow up with platforms until issues are resolved Process and manage customer and marketplace orders Assist with order, stock and fulfilment issues Work closely with our warehouse team regarding stock, inbound deliveries, FBA shipments and order fulfilment Occasionally assist in the warehouse when operational support is required Review and amend product instruction manuals , product information and supporting documentation Check product information for accuracy before publication Assist with product launches and the setup of new products across different sales channels Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets Support general e-commerce and marketplace administration Platforms & Systems You may work with systems including: Amazon Seller Central Shopify Mirakl Connect Online marketplace portals Microsoft Excel Internal order and inventory management systems
